STUDENT RECORDS UNIT ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES:

   Current / Old Students

      Step 1:   Proceed to SRU Counter to present current Form 138 
                    (Final ARC) and fill out Assessment Form

      Step 2:   Present accomplished Assessment Form to Finance
                    Administration (FA) and pay corresponding Tuition
                    Fee and PTA fee

      Step 3:  Official Receipt (OR) would be issued to enrollee to 
                    signify official enrollment

      Step 4:  Student Section would be posted on JUNE 1, 2010
                   (Monday)

      Step 5:  Tentative Opening of Classes

      Preschool:                                  JUNE 8, 2010
      Grade School & High School:      JUNE 9, 2010

   New Students

      *** Those who have taken the Entrance Examination 

      Step 1:  Secure the admission result and enrollment slip
                    from the Admissions Office

      Step 2:  Proceed to Finance Administration (FA) to fill
                   out Student Confidential Record (SCR) and Assessment
                   Form then pay corresponding Tuition Fee and PTA fee

      Step 3: Official Receipt (OR) would be issued to enrollee
                   to signify official enrollment

      Step 4: Student Section would be posted on JUNE 1, 2010
                  (Monday)

      Step 5: Tentative Opening of Classes:

      Preschool:                              JUNE 8, 2010 
      Grade School & High School:  JUNE 9, 2010 

      *** NOTE: Please follow the schedule on the purchase / release
                       of school supplies from the Finance Administration.
