Quality Policy Elizabeth Seton School, as a Catholic Filipino learning institution is committed to the continual promotion of the vision-mission by providing globally competitive instruction and services at all times. It ensures effectiveness of the Quality Management System by constantly meeting the changing needs and requirements of all stakeholders; competently satisfying the requirements of the Department of Education, PAASCU, ISO 9001:2000 and all statutory requirements. Institutional Quality Objectives In promotion of its quality policy, Elizabeth Seton School continually aims to achieve the following Quality Objectives: 1. Provide avenues for the realization of the vision-mission. Quality Objectives of Grade School and High School Units The ESS Grade School and High School Units, in the lifelong pursuit of excellence and leadership, recognize the importance of providing students with quality education and services at all times, and teachers with continuous training and development. These will propel them to become practicing Catholic Christians, deepen their sense of pride as Filipinos and acquire the necessary skills to be able to adapt and cope with current changes and diversities in society. 1. Provide avenues for molding individuals into Catholic Christians throughthe daily integration of values in every lesson and aspect of work. 2. Instill love of country, pride as Filipinos and social responsibility through the daily integration of values for better citizenship. 3. Develop and enrich analytical capacity through the use of modern instructional aids and strategies in every subject area. 4. Ensure the 100% fulfillment of the academic requirements of the Department of Education (DepED). 5. Attain the promotion of 95% of the total student population. 6. Achieve an overall rating of 3.5 in the PAASCU Accreditation. 7. Implement interventions and assistance to academically challenged students quarterly, or as necessary, through remediation programs, mentoring, homeroom and peer tutoring. 8. Ensure the implementation of discipline by conducting annual orientations and consistent guidance according to school rules and regulations. 9. Promote empowerment, leadership and global competitiveness through the weekly ZL² program and other club offerings. 10. Assess student achievement and teacher performance objectively and regularly according to the school standards through varied types of evaluation within the school year. 11. Encourage advancement through research, participation in training and competitions. 12. Promote continual improvement through the annual evaluation of unit systems, procedures and services. |
