ESS Finance Administration serves as fiscal comptroller, investment manager, financial analyst, credit and risk assessor, budget planner, and the income & expense analyzing body of Elizabeth Seton School. The management of Finance Administration is tasked with vital decision functions such as overseeing the investment of funds, manage risks, supervise cash management activities, and execute capital-raising strategies to support the schools development and growth. Other vital decision making activities include overseeing the issuance of credit, establishing a credit-rating criteria, determining price and credit caps, and monitoring collections.    

      Finance Administration recognizes education as an investment. Most investment performance is measured on the returns / benefits it brings from the initial investment; these carry some form of risk and have quantifiable returns.
