Must have a general weighted average of 80% in the subjects below and a satisfactory grade in conduct.

  • PSA Birth Certificate (Original and Photocopy)
  • Baptismal Certificate (Original and Photocopy)
  • Photocopy of the Final Report Card with LRN (if available) or Certified True Copy of the Report Card with LRN (with 1st and 2nd Quarter grade entries)
  • Good Moral Certification or Letter of Recommendation
  • Early Childhood Education Report Card/Certification (Grade 1-6 only)
  • Complete Scholastic Record (if from school abroad)
  • Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) (Photocopy)
  • Latest Passport showing bio page and valid stay (Photocopy)
  • Complete Scholastic Records authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or Office of Consular Official with English translation of entries, particulary:
  • Name of Student
  • Subjects
  • Grade
  • Photocopy of NCAE Results
  • Photocopy of Certificate of Completion (Grade 10 or Junior High School)
  • Qualified Voucher Recipient (QVR) Certificate (for Voucher Holder only)


NOTE: Applicants are encouraged to complete the ONLINE APPLICATION prior to the submission of requirements.


PROCEDURES

NEW STUDENT ADMISSION


  1. Complete Online Admissions.
  2. Proceed to the Admissions Office with complete set of requirements.
  3. Pay Entrance Examination fee.
  4. Secure Test permit from the Admissions Staff.

EXAMINATION DAY


  1. Proceed to the Center for Student Well-being (CSWb) as scheduled.
  2. Pick up test results from the Admissions Office three (3) working days after exam date.
  3. Enroll on the specified date.

NOTE: Exam results are not disclosed over the phone.
